RHSLunarOrbit:

 Right hand side for a lunar mission simulation.

 This function implements only orbit dynamics. The Moon gravity model can have
 spherical harmonics. Get the default data structure by typing:

   d = RHSLunarOrbit

 Set up the state name output by typing:

   RHSLunarOrbit( x );
