Design the propulsion system for SRT-M
 SRT-M is a 200 kg horizontally launched/horizontally landed vehicle.
This is the upper stage which employs a thruster attitude control system.
The output of the script is a set up parameter vectors for input to
the propulsion module of the Spacecraft module in VisualCommander.

ThrusterLayout draws the vehicle and then places the plume unit
vectors (red) and torque vectors (green) on the vehicle originating
 at each thruster's location.

ThrusterLayout also tests the thruster to be sure that the
 configuration provides 3-axis torques.
